Refund Policy

When we'll refund you, and how to ask.

Last updated: 14 May 2026 · Effective: 14 May 2026

Short version. Try Organicely free for 14 days, no card needed. After you subscribe, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal in the EU. You can cancel any time and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Outside those windows we'll refund where it's fair to do so. Email support@organicely.se.

1. Free trial, try before you pay

Every new household gets a 14-day free trial on the Sidekick plan when they create an account. No payment method is required to start. You only pay once you actively choose to upgrade to Hero or Superhero after (or during) the trial. If you decide Organicely isn't for you, just don't upgrade, your account stays inactive and you can request deletion at any time via privacy@organicely.se.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumer law)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days after the day you first subscribed, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@organicely.se with your registered email address and a clear request to withdraw, before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments you made during that period, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on our behalf.

Note that if you have used the service substantially during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportional to the use. In practice, for monthly subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days we generally refund in full, we'd rather have you happy than collect a part-month fee.

3. Cancellation any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing in the app, or by emailing support@organicely.se. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, no further charges are made.

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months or unused time on monthly subscriptions, except where required by law (see Section 2 above) or where we agree to do so as a goodwill gesture (Section 4).

4. Refunds outside the withdrawal window

Beyond the 14-day legal right, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where it is fair to do so. Reasons we typically refund include:

Reasons we typically do not refund:

If you are unsure, ask us, we read every email and respond.

5. Annual subscriptions

If you choose an annual subscription, the same 14-day right of withdrawal applies. After the 14-day window has passed and the annual term has begun, we generally do not refund unused months unless one of the situations in Section 4 applies. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, your access continues until the end of the term you paid for, and the subscription does not auto-renew.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@organicely.se from the email address on your Organicely account.
  2. Tell us briefly why you'd like a refund, it helps us improve and lets us check what kind of refund you're entitled to.
  3. We'll reply within 2 business days, usually faster.
  4. If approved, the refund is issued by Paddle (our merchant of record) to the original payment method. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Payments and Paddle

All Organicely subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited on our behalf. Paddle is the merchant of record, which means Paddle issues your invoice and processes the refund. You will see "Paddle" or "Paddle.net" on your card statement, often alongside Organicely. If you receive a refund, Paddle returns the money to the same payment method used for the original charge.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback through your bank. We treat chargebacks seriously and may suspend the account they relate to until the dispute is resolved.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law evolves. The version that applies to your subscription is the one that was in effect on the day you signed up. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
