The rules that govern using Organicely.
Last updated: 14 May 2026 · Effective: 14 May 2026
Organicely is operated by Unbreached AB, a limited company registered in Sweden (org.nr 559411-9624), based in Stockholm. References to "we," "us," "our," and "Organicely" mean Unbreached AB. References to "you" and "your" mean the person who accepts these terms and uses Organicely.
Organicely is a platform that helps families with everyday structure and routines. It includes a web application (app.organicely.se), a Windows desktop agent, mobile apps where applicable, and the supporting backend services. The service helps parents create routines, define rewards, manage screen time, and track their children's progress.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that this is true. Children use Organicely under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has accepted these terms; the adult account holder is responsible for the household.
You sign in to Organicely without a password, using a passkey or a one-time code we send to your email. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure. If you lose access, contact us at support@organicely.se and we will help you recover the account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
Organicely is designed for families. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter about the children in your household and for ensuring you have the right to provide that information. You agree to use Organicely only to support your own children or those for whom you are the legal guardian. Detailed handling of children's data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Organicely offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan limits and pricing are shown in the application before you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and merchant of record. By subscribing, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles the payment, issues the invoice, and is responsible for collecting any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as you selected) at the then-current price. You can cancel any time through your account in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our refund policy, including your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, is described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload (routine descriptions, child profiles, photos used for task verification, mood entries, chat messages). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely so we can provide the service to you.
You can export or delete your content at any time through the application.
We aim to keep Organicely available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will keep improving Organicely. We may add, remove, or change features over time. If a material change negatively affects how you use the service, we will notify you in advance via email or in the app.
You may close your account at any time through the application or by contacting support@organicely.se. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your subscription remains unpaid after the grace period, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice unless prevented by legal or security reasons.
When an account is closed, we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Organicely, including its software, design, branding, and content created by us, is the property of Unbreached AB and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial use within your household.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you have paid to us (or to Paddle on our behalf) for Organicely during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of or related to them will be resolved before the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU and believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. By continuing to use Organicely after the effective date, you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, you can cancel your subscription and close your account.
